Our Mission, Structure, and Our Vision

ARAT is a Commonwealth of Massachusetts 501(c3). The focus is the develop the institutional frameworks, policy directives, and governance structures needed to redirect economic resources back into communities of Americans of African Descent.

Organizational Structure:

• ARAT operates independently from MXMTB Brands Holdings and Seeker Technologies, which is a separate for-profit implementation entity. Our Global Council maintains complete decision-making autonomy, with membership based on expertise rather than funding contributions. 
  

• We focus on long-term institutional development while MXMTB & Seeker Technologies focuses on institutional and commercial, and commerce implementation
  

• The collective out come is the build of domestic and global focused outcomes to better the economic, social, and spiritual condition of the membership and employees (all for profit entities will be employee owned and operated).

Our Vision: Building lasting institutions, businesses, seaports, warehousing, academic institutions, healthcare facilities, high technology centers that transform $1.8 trillion in annual buying power into community-controlled wealth, creating jobs, opportunities, and prosperity for generations to come.
