DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

Our Mission, Structure, and Our Vision

ARAT is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has applied for IRS recognition. We develop the institutional frameworks, policy directives, and governance structures needed to redirect economic resources back into communities of Americans of African Descent.

Organizational Structure:

  • ARAT operates independently from MXMTB Brands Holdings, which is a separate for-profit implementation entity. Our Global Council maintains complete decision-making autonomy, with membership based on expertise rather than funding contributions.

  • We focus on long-term institutional development while MXMTB handles institution and commercial implementation

Our Vision: Building lasting institutions, businesses, seaports, warehousing, academic institutions, healthcare facilities, high technology centers that transform $1.8 trillion in annual buying power into community-controlled wealth, creating jobs, opportunities, and prosperity for generations to come.
