Alkebulan Reconnect & Alliance Trust (ARAT) is a registered Commonwealth of Massachusetts 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to creating lasting economic infrastructure for Americans of African Descent communities. We harness the collective $1.8 trillion annual buying power to develop community-owned institutions that generate wealth for generations to come. We have filed for 501(c)3 status with the IRS.
As an independent organization separate from MXMTB Brands Holdings, we focus on policy development, governance structures, and institutional frameworks that serve as the foundation for economic sovereignty.

ARAT creates the foundation for economic sovereignty by developing policy frameworks, educational resources, and community-owned institutions.
As a separate entity from MXMTB Brands Holdings (our for-profit implementation partner), we focus on long-term vision and governance structures that serve future generations.

While ARAT develops policy frameworks and governance structures, MXMTB Brands Holdings is a separate for-profit entity that implements revenue-generating ventures. Each organization maintains independent legal status, governance, and financial structures while working toward the shared vision of economic sovereignty.
