ARAT envisions creating a Berkshire Hathaway-type entity, building a Global Village owned and operated by us. By redirecting $1.8 trillion in American of African descent buying power back into our communities, we will build economic and social generational success, creating global brand names and an American of African descent-owned Fortune 500."
African Diaspora Economic Empowerment and Community Development Initiatives
"We will grow American of African descent buying power to $10 trillion over the next 25 to 30 years, welcoming alliance partners deemed dependable and committed by our global and advisory councils. Together, we will foster economic growth, innovation, and mutual prosperity."
In a world where dialogue often devolves into discord, it is imperative to focus on building rather than talking. The narrative of development ends when we fail to recognize the importance of transparency in meetings that shape our agendas and desired outcomes.
Media and social platforms, while powerful tools, can also serve to divide us, hampering our ability to achieve success. Political parties thrive on membership numbers, yet our collective strength lies in reconnecting historical bonds to radically alter the global landscape. By taking actionable steps towards economic and social development, guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and tangible results, we can forge global collaborations. Initiatives set forth by the ARAT Global Council and the ARAT Economic Advisory Council can guide us in constructing the future we envision, empowering us all to take control of our destinies and foster lasting, positive change.

THE PARADIGM SHIFT:

Two Separate & Distinct Entities
Alkebulan reconnect & alliance trust inc I mxmt brands holdings
The Domestic & Global Paradigm Shift
Alkebulan Reconnect & Alliance Trust Inc (ARAT) & MXMT Brands Holdings (MXMTB) separate and distinct. ARAT is a non profit organization of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with plans to begin significant operations relocating to the State of Georgia where it will be headquartered. MXMTB a Commonwealth of Massachusetts and for profit entity will relocate to a southern state (to be determined).
MXMTB will always be privately employee owned and led operations providing products and services both domestically as well as internationally. All entities that fall under MXMTB will be controlled by it governing body 51% with 49% of all profits provided to a employee profit sharing plan set up by the governing body and a quorum representing the majority of the employees in the organization.
The focus of MXMTB is to create wealth in communities of color, placing the right entities (manufacturing, job training, jobs, etc) in identified communities around the US some of which are named on the website. MXMTB will later form its international division to meet the mandates of the governing body.
Both separate and distinct entities are solely focused on their mission, one a policy organization defining issues, producing white papers, researching key needs both domestically and internationally and providing suggested solutions to protect the economic, social, academic, social, and spiritual needs of communities of color that are of Black African Ancestry (BAA).
Two Distinctive Points:
ARAT is solely focused on the needs of BAA. ARAT will structure governing policy suggestions to the public to meet the needs of underserved communities. It will "invites" potential strategic partners to the table in order fashion policies and means of or supporting and growing the key quality of life opportunities. No ambiguity.
MXMT Brands Holdings is open to all races in its strategic partnerships and job opportunities. No ambiguity.
Clarifying
Ownership vs. Control
ARAT Members – Membership is by birthright. Members are the beneficiaries of ARAT’s economic engine.
MXMT Brands Holdings – Employee-Owned, Not Controlled. Employees do not hold shareholder equity but receive profit sharing and job security.
Diversity &
Inclusion Statement
MXMT Brands Holdings welcomes strategic partners of all races.
Employment opportunities are open to all races, but ownership is exclusive to ARAT members.
This is about economic empowerment, not exclusion.
Non Conflicting
Focus & Roles
ARAT → Policy Guidance, Research, Validation, White Papers, Strategy, Meetings, etc.
MXMT → ARAT Members = Employee Owners Strategic Partners → Invite Only
This structure ensures maximum clarity, no ambiguity, and positions the initiative as an economic development movement rather than an exclusionary model.
